AJGA Babygrande Atlanta Classic

Gene Siller’s impact on Pinetree Country Club - and on the game of golf throughout Georgia - continues to inspire generations of golfers today. A beloved PGA Professional, mentor, husband, father, and passionate advocate for junior golf, Gene dedicated his life to helping others grow both on and off the course.
Following his tragic passing in July 2021, the Pinetree community came together to honor his legacy through what began as the Gene Siller Memorial Pro-Am and has since grown into the nationally recognized AJGA Babygrande Atlanta Classic honoring Gene Siller. More than just a tournament, the event reflects the values Gene lived every day — character, generosity, mentorship, and a genuine love for the game. Through world-class junior competition, community support, and the Gene Siller Memorial Grant, Gene’s legacy continues to create opportunities for young golfers to learn, compete, and pursue their dreams for years to come.
